At AyuraGlo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

Product must be unused and in its original condition.
Product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by AyuraGlo.
If the customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
