Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

In Which Cases Is a Return Possible?

If you feel that any of our herbal products (oil, shampoo, , serum , or other items) are:

• After using it once or twice, the item is not suitable for you
• You do not wish to continue using it
• The product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Then you may request a return.

Basic Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original packaging
• It must not be unnecessarily wasted or fully used
• Order number or proof of purchase must be available
• Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted

Return Courier Charges

We understand that the most important question during a return is the courier charges. We consider it necessary to clearly explain this.

When you place an order, we bear the initial delivery, packaging, processing, and other expenses. If a return occurs, we refund the product price and bear all other expenses ourselves.

However, only the return courier cost will be paid by the customer. This is kept so that the system remains balanced and fair. Our purpose is not to burden the customer, but to maintain fairness on both sides.

Alhamdulillah, in most cases, there is no need to return, but this facility is available for your satisfaction and confidence.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, you will be informed whether the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If 15 business days pass after approval and the amount is not received, please contact us.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Hair Oil

We stand behind the quality of our herbal hair oil and want every customer to purchase with confidence. Therefore, we offer the following satisfaction guarantee:

Single Bottle Purchase

If a customer purchases one bottle of our Hair Oil and is not satisfied with the product for any reason, they may request a return within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving their order.

Once the return is approved, the customer will receive a full refund of the product price, subject to our standard return terms and conditions.

Bundle Purchases (2-Bottle or 3-Bottle Bundles)

If a customer purchases a 2-bottle or 3-bottle bundle, they will have up to 45 days to evaluate the product.

If, within 45 days, the customer feels that the product is not providing the desired results, they may return any unused bottles remaining in the bundle.

• Any bottles that have already been used may be kept by the customer.

• A full refund will be issued for each unused bottle returned.

• Refunds apply only to unused bottles that are returned in accordance with our return policy.
